Food is alright, not bad, not the best bagel I've ever had. Unfortunately, I think they take the Grand Rapids location prices to Kalamazoo. Over priced here in kzoo. The bummer about this place...

Amazing bagels and lattes. Delivery was packed carefully and I could smell the amazing bagels while carrying it inside. Perfect.
