Arbor Circle is a nonprofit organization that offers a full range of mental health, substance abuse and developmentally supportive services. With an emphasis on prevention and early intervention, services are offered to families of infants and toddlers with special needs. The programs work to ensure healthy development by helping families with children affected by HIV, AIDS and substance abuse. Services are offered in the home, agency setting or at comprehensive development centers. Offerings include assessments, counseling, group support or matches with volunteer parent aides or mentors. Arbor Circle also offers outpatient counseling services for children, youth, adults and families dealing with traumatic life issues, such as depression, anxiety, family violence, development issues and sexual and physical abuse.
