History
Acupuncture Center of Kalamazoo is a new business partnership between two acupuncturists who have practiced in Kalamazoo for many years. Charlie completed a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2001 and became board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Wendy Murray graduated with a BS in Psychology from the University of Evansville and went on to receive her RN from Bronson School of Nursing. In 2005 she received an MS in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and became board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Wendy did further training at Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Hongzhou, China. They are both licensed by the State of Michigan.
