HistoryIn 2016 we opened in our permanent home in Trenton, MI, and have grown substantially. We present a 5 show season of plays with professional directors, actors and designers. As we grow we offer more and more performances to accommodate our audiences. Open Book was incorporated in 2013, and we obtained our 501(c)(3) status in 2014. We presented our first season of four professional plays from September 2014 - May 2015.SpecialtiesProfessional Theatre, Downriver. Our 18-19 Season has 5 wonderful, thought-provoking plays: Ada and the Engine, Sept 7 - Oct 6; Doubt Nov 2- Dec 1; Wonder of the World, January 11- February 9, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, March 15 - April 13; Time Stands Still, May 17 - June 15. Accessible and comfortable setting. We specialize in great scripts, great actors, great stories, great audience.
