Verrill Farm

Operational since 1922, Verrill Farm specializes in growing over 30 varieties of heirlooms and sells seedlings in the spring and vine-ripened tomatoes. Located in Concord, Mass., it creates delicious homemade muffins, scones, pies, cakes and desserts. The company offers fruit pies in a variety of seasonal combinations, such as strawberry-rhubarb, plum-strawberry, peach-raspberry and nectarine-blueberry. Verrill Farm's pastry case includes clairs, chocolate mousse cake, fruit tarts and panna cotta with fruit sauce. Some of its recipes include spaghetti squash with feta and olives, confit of cherry tomatoes, asparagus lasagna and baked rigatoni with san marzano tomatoes, and ricotta and mushrooms. The company also offers other services, such as catered parties at the farm stand, farm tours, catering for off-site events, bar-b-que, custom fruit and gift baskets and floral arrangements.
