Chef Dave Moses is from Sierra Grille, we were fortunate to snag him and offer him the opportunity to run his own restaurant and establish his own brand. We recently hired sous chef Jonathon who worked with Michelangelo earlier in his career. This combination of talent is creating the best grass-fed burger around, FANTASTIC desserts, and incredible menu choices I challenge anyone to tell me of an organic restaurant in the area that does dinner as well as we do.

The Velvet restaurant and bar, lives in a beautiful Federal style house, circa 1814, on the grounds of the spectacular Links at Worthington golf club. We are located far away from the maddening crowd; positioned under a night sky filled with stars like you don't see in the valleys below us, with incredible views of the neighboring hills. Worthington is such a beautiful town, but luring people in who need to drive is a challenge. Our solution? Create the most amazing energy we can, and provide New York level cuisine handmade with the freshest local organic ingredients, cooked in our cold spring water. We have room to grow, but, we can proudly say, we think we are one of the TOP TEN in Western Massachusetts. Expect to take a little time with dinner. Homemade and cooked to order takes longer to prepare than fast food. And of course, the greens are like Velvet.
