The Unity Church of North Easton (Unitarian Universalist) congregation has roots in Easton as old as 1840, and the current building, designed by John Ames Mitchell, was built in 1875. Now one of the oldest landmarks located in the North Easton National Historic District, and recognized with a Massachusetts Historical Commission Historic Preservation Award for its restoration, the church is part of a larger campus that includes a parsonage, designed by Ware and Van Brundt, in the adjacent lot.
