I have been practicing Estate Planning since 1999. My focus is on getting young families the basic estate plan in place without worrying about cost. Over the last 22 years I have seen too many families have to deal with an unexpected death who were not prepared for it. I stress to my clients that they need to have a basic estate plan in place in order to protect themselves, protect their children, protect their assets and protect their legacy. Let me help you get an estate plan in place. Every client is different, but you should at the minimum have a Will or a Revocable Living Trust to lay out your wishes. The state will determine what happens to your assets and who will be guardians of your minor children if you do not. You should also prepare for incapacity, especially now in the pandemic. A Health Care Proxy, Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney will protect your wishes if you are incapacitated. Contact us to set up an appointment.
