The Fitness Factor is a personalized fitness coaching studio with a focus on your fitness and wellness goals. The Fitness Factor programs incorporate exercise, yoga, and body conditioning work including Nordic Walk and Pilates for a strong, centered and flexible you. The Fitness Factor offers one-on-one coaching, convenient and small classes held in-studio and outdoors (even at the beach!). They offer training by appointment to fit your busy schedule. You can even join the FF run/walk club Great for training for your next 5K or marathon run. The Fitness Factor's personalized programs include the latest Pilates methods. Pilates reformers will improve core strength, flexibility, and agility and even help with chronic conditions such as low back pain. The Pilates chair program will create strength without bulk for a strong, toned body.
