Szechuan Chef Restaurant owner and executive chef Wayne Liu moved from Taiwan to Chelmsford in 1987. His restaurant, in business since 1990, offers a variery of Taiwanese, Mandarin and Szechuan cuisines. All of Chef Liu's sauces are made from scratch, with specials changing daily. Customers flock to the restaurant for the luncheon buffet, which is served daily from 11:30am to 2pm. Chef Liu suggests reservations for parties of 5 or larger.
