History
The owner, Alan Jeskey, was first appointed in the Town of Sturbridge in 2000. This appointment was made due to the passing of a Constable that had served the community for a long time. Alan was elected on the next election and reelected thereafter. In 205 Alan left Sturbridge and moved to Southbridge. In August 2005 he was appointed by the Town where he still serves to this day. Over the years, Alan was either elected or appointed for the following communities: Sturbridge, Southbridge, Oxford, Webster and West Brookfield.
Specialties
The South County Constable Office, LLC is responsible for serving civil process. The office is located in Southbridge. In order to accommodate the high volume of civil process, we use a network of other Constables located not only in Worcester County, but throughout the state. The Constables we use are well trained, bonded and have extensive experience in the requirements and ramifications of serving Civil Process. We specialize in Evictions, Probate and Family court process, and Subpoenas.
