The Reiki classes (Reiki I, II and through to the Master/Teacher Level) are taught for those that are interested in becoming a Reiki practitioner. The Reiki healing and teaching sessions are available in person or long distance. The healing sessions aim to relieve stress, encourage better sleep, and support healing and recovery from surgery. My healing sessions will expand your consciousness and your focus, increase wellness and harmonize your physical, spiritual, and emotional levels.
