Anxiety and depression are hard to manage alone. I like to start with the assumption that even in our darker moments, each of us has far more emotional resources and strengths than we think. Therapy is a place where we can work together to understand what's getting in your way and keeping you from thriving, then come up with strategies for change. As we make sense of how your past experiences and key relationships have shaped the person you are now, we will work to understand what changes could help you get closer to becoming the person you want to be.
