Swedish Limpa - Traditional Swedish Rye bread with golden raisins, cardamom, fennel seeds and orange zest. Amazing for French toast!

Carrot Health Muffins - Ignore the name - these are super moist with 1/3 cup carrots in each one, olive oil instead of butter.
