History
I have been teaching Kalaripayattu, Yoga, and my individualized practice, Healing Yoga, in the Boston area since 2010. My healing practice is a combination of what I have learned from my grandfather, one in a long line of traditional healers in Jharkhand, India, and from my Kalaripayattu teachers. Kalaripayattu is an ancient martial art in which healing through massage, stretching, and marma points is an essential parts. It is taught that if you know how to hurt, you must also know how to heal.
