Established in 1956, Marian High School is an independent, Catholic educational institution that serves students in grades 9 through 12. It enrolls students from the MetroWest area of Boston. The school is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and is affiliated with the National Catholic Educational Association, National Association of Secondary School Principals, Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association and Catholic Secondary Schools Administrative Curriculum Committee. Marian High School offers classes in liberal arts, English, mathematics, science and social studies. The school operates a student council, art club and library. It offers membership options in the National Honor Society. The school also provides classes in foreign languages, such as Spanish, French and Italian. Marian High School offers several sports activities, such as basketball, football, cross-country, baseball, and track and field.
