Our History The Oliver Smith Restaurant opened it's doors in the fall of 1977 and has gone through some changes throughout the years. What has not changed is the fact that all meals are managed, prepared and served by the students in the Culinary Arts Department. In the fall of 2010 we began to purchase lamb, beef and pork from the school farm and now incorporate these items in our menu.
