History
A native of Watertown, Nicole has not only danced since the age of 3, but she has also had her share of athletics. At Watertown High School she played varsity sports and was named Boston Herald all Scholastic. Upon graduating, with the dream of pursuing a career in teaching dance at her own studio, she attended Regis College on academic scholarship earning a B.S. degree in Business Management and shortly after opened NSOD. Nicole then took her dance career to the next level and her long-time dreams came true. Over the past 25 years, Nicole has studied dance under master teachers, taking classes in different teaching techniques for all disciplines as well as supporting curriculum such as music theory, dance notations, nutrition, body alignment and dance history. Her devotion to the art of dance shines through in the knowledge she shares with her students. She also holds the most distinctive teaching credentials in New England as a certified member of Dance Teachers Club of Boston.
