History
Upon embarking on a career in Real Estate in 2002, Michaela recognized the value of operating under the Realtor Code of Ethics. She promptly joined the NAR (National Association of Realtors) and has maintained her standing as a Realtor ever since. In 2002, Michaela also completed the higher education required to earn the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in order to better represent her buyer clients. She subsequently earned the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation rounding out her education in order to better represent not only buyer clients, but also seller clients. Since 2011, Michaela has been a member of the ILHM (Institute for Luxury Home Marketing) and completed the requirements to earn the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) in 2016. Since 2004, Michaela has worked with a business coach at Buffini & Company, the largest and most successful Real Estate coaching company in the world.
