History
Present Breath was established in 2015 by Meghan Ryan LMT. After working at a number of spas and sports clubs in the Boston area practicing massage she decided to open her own practice dedicated to stress reduction and built upon a holistic view of the mind-body relationship. Present Breath is an affiliate of Radiant Yoga Boston and recognizes that each individual responds differently to certain therapies. For this reason we also work closely with and refer clients to practitioners of yoga, ayurveda and other bodywork modalities when appropriate.
Specialties
The mission of Present Breath Bodywork and Coaching is to help you to reduce mental stress and physical tension and discomfort. We address your individual goals and treat chronic and acute conditions using a combination of massage, stretching, acupressure, meditation, breathing and guided visualizations. Specialties include Therapeutic Massage, Thai Massage, Jin Shin Jyutsu and mindfulness meditation. Conditions treated include but are not limited to insomnia, headaches, anxiety, depression and physical ailments such as sciatica, whiplash, tinnitus and tendinitis.
