Montessori is a combination preschool and elementary school for kids between the ages of three and 12. The school is located in a residential neighborhood between Washington and Franklin streets. In addition to the classrooms inside the main building, there is a playground and basketball court out back. Education basics include reading, math, grammar, science, practical life skills and creative problem solving. There is also a summer camp with programs such as gardening, sports and cooking.
