Gloomy bluish fluorescent lighting & blue tinted windows

30 minute delay almost every day of the work week is ridiculous. There was no excuse for this type of tardiness

Times shown and the bus still doesn't show up. We're just left stranded as busses avoid the station.

Always this packed. They really need to put extra busses on during rush hour especially since there are 3 depots along the route.

At 5:00 pm everyday 3 or 4 77 busses skip Harvard Station their are more than 60 people waiting for the bus home.
