In the basement level of the 102-year-old Armory Arts Center on Highland Ave, you'll find the Mark Sandman Music Project and Hi-N-Dry Records. The project was established as a tribute to Sandman, the frontman and songwriter best known for his work with the bands Morphine and Treat Her Right. Hi-N-Dry is a full-service independent record label offering recording, engineering, production and distribution. The Mark Sandman Music Project has deep ties to the community and focuses on providing opportunities for young people to express themselves creatively.
