The faces of Mandee's that you might recognize today are that of John, owner since 1987, and his daughter, Alicia. John began working at Mandee's in 1983 making dough where he began working towards his bigger picture. Through research and lots of practice, John crafted the sauce and dough recipes that create the pizza we know and love today. He continued to refine the menu with new specialty pizzas and the addition of subs, salads, dinners, and appetizers. We can't forget about the Mandee Sandees that John and Alicia developed together. Alicia went to SSU for Business Administration and ended up focusing on Hospitality, the industry she grew to love.
