Specialties
We specialize in burgers, sandwiches and some southern entrees. Reservations are taken only for parties of 5 or larger. Smaller size parties are taken on a first come basis. We don't take temperatures on our burgers we use the smash method when we cook our burgers. Please know that this method of cooking our burgers is by smashing the fresh beef down on the hot flat top. By doing this immediately when the beef is put down it sears in the juice and adds a crust to the outside of the patty. The burgers are cooked all the way through, but this doesn't mean they will be dry. Each patty is 1/3 lb and we only use high quality beef from Maine Family Farms ground fresh every day and never frozen. There is a selection of over 40 bourbons. A rotating selection of craft beers on draft and hand crafted cocktails from fresh squeezed juices. Our beef, pork, chicken, and seafood are all hormone and antibiotic free. We also source our vegetables locally when available. Desserts are made in house or sourced from local bakeries. All offered in an upbeat relaxing atmosphere. Reclaimed barn wood from Maine and a live edge black walnut bar are the centerpiece of the dining room. For parties of 6 or more, please call us for reservation availability!
