Through Jen Tolo's experiences as a Nurse and mother dealing with the other side of health care, she turned to integrative health modalities such as Reiki, Guided Imagery, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Nutrition to guide her on her own family path to health and healing. She feels called to brings this knowledge to help others on their path to find health and healing. Butterfly Family Wellness began by offering after school workshops, fitness classes, cooking classes and school and community workshops. We have since evolved into offering support through nutrition, spiritual and energetic concealing, lifestyle management and fitness to help individuals and groups gain the tools necessary to be accountable to self, to choices they make and fly into health.Specialtiesutterfly Family Wellness specializes in a personalized, integrative and intuitive approach to health and well being.
