**** Address is wrong!!! I drove in circles trying to find this place. Just take a right off of the bridge from downtown and look for the giant looking candy canes on the right as the road...

It smells like crap here. It's right next to the septic tanks from Duck island. There's poop everywhere. It's not the worst place in the world but you can for sure find somewhere better

This park is full of needles, broken glass, broken dog toys and trash never mind all the piles of dog poop. This park is not maintained at all. The city of lowell could do more.
