After 15 years as Executive Chef at a popular local resort, Chef Josh Zamira was finally fulfilling his dream by opening Josh's at Davisville. Josh spent years walking from kitchen to table, listening to diners, developing recipes, excited for the day that he might put it all together in a place of his own - Josh's at Davisville is that place! Josh passed away in 2019, however the wonderful staff and management Josh helped build in the few short months after opening keeps this restaurant going exactly as he wanted.
