Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle practice done by placing one's finger tips over clothing on designated energy locks to harmonize and restore energy flow. This is an ancient art which is said to harmonize the life energy in the body. A typical Jin Shin Jyutsu session lasts an hour.
