The roots of this Unitarian Universalist church stretch back to 1630. The church in Watertown Square holds services on Sundays, including lay-led services during the summer. First Parish has a choir and religious education classes for adults and children. Members are involved in social justice causes locally and internationally.

Greater Boston Church of Spiritualism

The Greater Boston Church of Spiritualism meets weekly at the Watertown Masonic Center on Church St. Meditation, healing, inspirational music and a spiritual talk are part of the services. The last Saturday of each month is Mediums Day. The church is affiliated with the American Federation of Spiritualist Churches. The church office is located at 42 Spring St. in Watertown.

Redeemer Fellowship Church

The Baptist congregation moved to the church on Mt. Auburn Street in 2009, after searching locations in the area. The Redeemer Fellowship Church meets Sunday mornings and focuses on the teachings of the Old and New Testaments. Services include a mix of traditional and new music. After services, members meet for refreshments.
