Falmouth Sports Center is the first original Falmouth gym, founded in 1974. FSC offers a three-level workout center, tennis courts, fitness classes, health club, handball courts and private steam baths for both men and women. Physical and occupational therapists are available by appointment.

Athletic Republic

Athletic Republic Norwood is a 14,000-square-foot training facility for athletes from age eight up to adults at the professional level. Sports training sessions are offered for hockey, lacrosse, football, baseball and soccer. A complete training schedule is available on the Athletic Republic Norwood website.

Vineyard Tennis Center

Vineyard Tennis Center not only has indoor tennis courts that operate year-round, it also features a workout room with fitness equipment and weights and a spa that offers different types of massages and packages including deep tissue and Swedish. Both group and private tennis lessons are available, in addition to a variety of classes daily including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cycling, and sculpt and conditioning. Personal training services and fitness tests are also offered. A sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are also on the premises. Day passes, weekly, monthly and yearly memberships are available. Parking is free.
