History
Business established in 2011 by Emily Socha. After training for a few years in public gyms, Emily realized that there was a far easier way for people to reach their goals than slaving away on the treadmill and torturing themselves with endless repetitions of the same exercise over and over. She continued to study movement, the body, and motivating the mind while developing her own unique system of building integrity and strength within the body/mind as a whole. Her main philosophy stems from the idea that quality is better than quantity any day and small hinges open big doors. Emily is now a movement specialist. Using a combination of knowledge, experience, and intuitive expertise, she helps her clients reach formerly unattainable levels of fitness & health while creating and maintaining integrity within the body. This allows her clients to do the activities they are most passionate about while leading active, happy lives free of pain and discomfort.
