True to its mission, the Easton Historical Society resides in a historic brick building that used to be the Old Colony Railroad Station in North Easton. The organization, led by president Deborah MacPhee, says its mission is to "preserve, promote and interpret the unique industrial, social, cultural, architectural and environmental history of the town." The society's headquarters features a small museum stocked with 19th century knickknacks, old Oliver Ames High School garb and other memories of Easton's past.
