Since May 2003, Dogville Day Care has provided small-scale doggie day care. Conveniently located next to Hawthorne Animal Health Care, Dogville Day Care accepts 10 to 12 dogs daily. Dogs must have up-to-date distemper and rabies vaccines and must play well with other dogs. The facility is air-conditioned, has a rubber floor and features a small fenced-in yard where the pups can play outside. Fresh water is provided, but meals must be supplied by dog owners. Owner Claudia Siniawski states that the dogs are never left unsupervised. Collars and leashes are also sold here. For daily rates, see the Dogville Day Care website.
