Our passion is changing people's lives through fitness. We love lifting HEAVY weights and challenging ourselves both physically and mentally! We work only with those that are seriously committed to their health and fitness. Our members are extremely diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives; and include students, business executives, stay-at-home parents, athletes, writers, military personnel, police and firefighters. We utilize CrossFit with a strong emphasis on strength as our primary training method, and our members focus on optimizing physical competence in the 10 recognized fitness domains (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.) The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to anyone willing to put in the work. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual's competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple physical tasks.
