Crossfit Newton was around before most people even new what Crossfit was. Owner, Gil Cohen has been coaching and programming since 1999. Experience working with traumatic head injury patients, profession athletes, and everything in between, Gil has an ability to work with all types of people with all ability levels. What was created is an amazing, supportive community of people who genuinely care for each other, and aren't afraid to work hard for what they want. Gil and the coaching staff are able to adjust workouts so that anyone and everyone can get an honest sweat without injury. From those just getting of the couch to the elite athlete, Crossfit Newton is the place to be if you are looking to get fit and strong.
Specialties
Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn't a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. CrossFit Newton is for anyone and everyone. The daily workouts are fully scalable and we will never ask you to perform a movement or lift a weight your not capable of.
