Camp Bauercrest was established in 1931 and is a nonprofit, overnight camp for Jewish boys. The camp provides a wide variety of facilities, including a gymnasium, computer lab, tennis courts, health center, hockey rink, outdoor chapel and softball field. Additionally, it has a soccer field, arts and crafts building, volleyball courts, a weight room, batting cages and a music room. The camp conducts trips to beaches, amusement and water parks, theaters and sports fields. It organizes various athletic programs, including football, basketball, softball, soccer, golf, tennis, hockey, and track and field. In addition, the camp offers programs that include hiking, fishing, photography, waterskiing and sailing. Camp Bauercrest is located in Amesbury, Mass., and accredited by the American Camp Association.
