Brockton Housing Authority is a state-chartered, real estate management and development corporation. The authority oversees buying and selling activities in Belair, Sullivan, Caffery and Manning Towers, Campello Hi-Rise, Kennedy Drive, Crosby Gardens, Rainbows Terrace, Roosevelt Heights, Ann L. Ward Congregate House, Walnut-Crowell, Golden Circle, Crescent Court, and Hillside Village communities in Massachusetts. It provides information about the Section 8 housing choice voucher program, and trains property owners and property management agencies. Regulated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the authority also provides information about the listed properties and workshops. Additionally, Brockton Housing Authority offers various types of rental housing options for low- and moderate-income families, senior citizens and persons with disabilities, including scattered duplex, quad and high-rise apartments.
