Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School, established in 1972 and located in Taunton, Mass., serves the towns of Berkley, Bridgewater, Middleboro, Raynham and Taunton in Massachusetts. Coupled with the general academic subjects, such as English, social studies, mathematics and science, Bristol-Plymouth provides 15 high school technical programs. Graduates are recipients of high school diplomas and certificates of technical proficiency. The school also provides extracurricular offerings, and students can choose from a variety of elective courses and activities. The school focuses on the use of technology in education. Students receive instruction in basic computing skills from its computer lab that houses more than 20 advanced personal computers. The school also offers a range of sports activities, including baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball and tennis.
