Bandon School and Residential Treatment Center is a school and treatment center for boys who may need some extra support to be successful in various different areas. It provides stabilization, diagnostic, educational, residential, clinical, day treatment and case management services to more than 150 boys and their families annually. It was founded in 1966 and provides external counseling programs to students to control their behavior and the treatments necessary understands their feelings and internalize their own behavioral controls. It has sports fields, gardens and offers various outdoor education opportunities. The school additionally provides a gymnasium, computer room, conference areas, family spaces and a full-service kitchen and vocational cooking programs. Its residences provide transitional group home services and step-down opportunities to adolescent boys, and is located in Natick, Mass.
