We opened in 2005 to handle overflow from the concierge at the Ritz Carlton and have been going strong ever since. We've added household managements components to our business as well as executive assistant services as many of our clients have started their own businesses. We've supervised large scale renovations while clients have been traveling, we've located a night nanny for new-born twins with 24 hours notice and we've made an emegency shoe run to the mall at 8:50pm the night before a trip. Whether the task is big or small, we've probably been asked to do it.
