On brewing day, the air within the Blue Hills Brewery fills with the sweet smell of spent grains. "It smells almost like a bakery," says Andris Veidis, the Brewmaster. Tastings are conducted on a weekly basis on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The Brewery accepts CASH ONLY for in-house purchases but why not come in and visit--seating at the small bar allows you to see your beer being brewed through a large window looking into the brewery!
