History
I make artisan chocolates that look beautiful, taste extraordinary, and offer a moment of pure bliss when you experience them. I use high-quality French chocolate and fresh ingredients such as home-roasted espresso beans, mint leaves, Madagascar vanilla beans, roasted nuts, and homemade fruit purees. I make them in small batches, all by hand. I don't add preservatives and rarely add sugar unless it's essential (in caramels, for example). When I took a chocolate-making class in Boston several years ago, I had no idea that following my passion would lead me to train in France with some of the best chocolatiers in the world. Beth's Chocolate has been featured in The Boston Globe, Edible Boston, and the Newton Tab.
