Barnstable Early Learning Center (BELC) is located in the grounds of Barnstable High School. It is a municipal-run infant toddler program for school/municipal employees for full-day, full-year child care and education. The children enjoy an attractive outdoor playground in a secure environment. The young staff provide a caring and protective world for the children to play and learn in. The Center is peanut safe and latex free.
