Potters Place is a studio and school which teaches pottery classes and workshops to students in the Walpole area. In addition, it holds open studio shows and pottery sales twice per year. Classes are available to people of all ages and are held throughout the year. It also hosts birthday parties and private events for people 6 years and older. Parties include enough clay, tools and glazes for each visitor to create two of their own hand-made pieces. Customers can choose two projects which can include a Pinch Pot, Wall Plaque/Wall Pocket and a Seasonal Piece, or may instead opt to create one larger sculptural piece.
