We had to cut into the wall to fix an unsealed vent pipe that goes to the roof.

This pipe is also angled down causing water to remain in the elbow where it was leaking

edge of vanity came with cracks...again, using filler was the answer

One of the many chips in granite top around edge that the owner felt was not an issue. Finally sent someone to "polish" it

backsplash that was chipped all the way down, and both pieces were different heights

Carpenter chipped tile, fixed with filler. Owner refused to have tile replaced even though it was damaged by them
