History
The practice was started in 2004 in Carroll County, where one of the offices is currently located (Westminster office). The second office was opened in Howard County in 2009 (Fulton office). Maryland Pain and Spine Center has been providing medical treatment at these two locations to this day. The practice has performed pain management interventions at two surgery centers, one at each County location: Westminster Surgery Center and Maple Lawn Surgery Center.

Maryland Pain and Spine Center provides treatment for patients with spinal pain conditions, including back pain, neck pain, back and leg pain (from spinal disc disease), neck and arm pain (from spinal disc disease), persistent pain after back surgery, post-traumatic spinal pain (workers compensation / sports related injuries / motor vehicle collisions), complex regional pain syndrome (also known as reflex sympathetic dystrophy or RSD), back pain from acute spine compression fractures, and chronic pain associated with cancer and other serious health conditions. Our center is staffed by two Interventional Pain Medicine specialists and a Nurse Practitioner, who evaluate and develop treatment plans based on each patient's pain condition. Patients may call for an appointment directly or may be referred to our center by their primary care provider, orthopedic surgeon, spine surgeon or other medical specialist.
