Established in 2015, Triune Fitness started as a dream much earlier than that and it's yet to reach its full vision. It went from a personal trainer leading an exercise training in the park with bunch of friends in 2013. Then in 2014 with a program called MMAFit Bootcamp hosted by one of the local martial arts gyms in Gathersburg,MD. Through affiliation with crossfit as during 2015. Into what we are now as Triune Fitness.

Triune Fitness gym in Gaithersburg is personal training and small group fitness studio. It provides 1 on 1 fitness instruction as well as exercise training in class setting. Our training programs include weightlifting, calisthenics (bodyweight or gymnastics), cardiovascular training(running, rowing, biking) and elements of different martial arts disciplines. Unlike conventional gyms with exercise machines which isolate certain muscle groups and typical Crossfit training which is heavily oriented in the sagittal plane of motion,our programs include variety of rotational exercises which are essential for daily activities and athletic performance. We're able to successfully teach and utilize such rotational movements neglected in the majority of the Crossfit gyms and boot camps near me, because our trainers are also competitive athletes who rely heavily on their top physical preparedness.We've been in the trenches and know what it takes to get you in shape or prepare for an athletic event, not only classroom knowledge. Triune Fitness training programs have been successful in weight loss, build muscle and definition, core strength, strength gains, increase endurance, athletic preparation for local and high level competition in boxing, Brazilian jiujitsu, Crossfit, running and obstacle course races. This is not just another gym in Gaithersburg but a community build around healthier lifestyle and exercise where everyone knows and supports each other.
