The Summit Summer Camp is a nurturing, staff-intensive program with small class sizes where children make friends quickly, build academic skills and have fun. This camp, designed for current Summit students as well as
children in the community at-large, offers month-long academic and recreational activities during the month of July. Children entering grades 1-8 experiencing difficulty in reading, written expression, math or organizational skills are eligible for this full-day camp session. The morning is devoted to academics; afternoon sessions include drama, arts, swimming, water activities, field trips, and many other recreational activities. In addition, intensive academic workshops are offered to help upper elementary students build specific skills in written expression or expand their skills to include creative writing. A 5pm extended day option is available for an additional fee.
