I help individuals and couples who feel anxious, sad and stuck in painful patterns of disconnection to heal their emotional wounds through powerful processes of emotional and creative expression. I integrate my extensive training in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and expressive therapies with a warm, accepting approach to help you experience deep and meaningful change from the inside out.
